New Year, New Resolution


Its time to commit to being healthy all-around. I currently run 3 days per week (about 12-15 mi) and lift (Crossfit!) 3 days per week. Its now time to get the eating under control. After being a lifetime Weightwatchers member for a while, the weight has climbed back up again. I am at the upper limit of my weight for my height with a BMI of 24. I would like to get the BMI back into the 21-22 range. I love food!

The purpose of this blog is to write out my workouts. I'll keep my weight and food choices in a hand written book.
